Oak Tubs

Oak tubs are hand coopered from original barrels which have been used by the distilling industry. They therefore retain the charm and individuality of an oak cask. As plant containers they are both attractive and very robust. Available as whole or half tubs in three finishes:

dark stained finish

Dark tubs have an ebony finish which provides an attractive contrast against brightly coloured plants.

light oak finish

Light oak tubs have black hoop iron and a varnished, golden finish to the wood.

natural finish

These have the same rustic appearance as the original barrels. Since they are made from recycled oak they are extremely durable even without aprotective coating.

half moon tubs

Having a flat side they are ideal for location against a wall. The front and base are made from oak; the back from pressure treated larch.
