1. Travel north on the A1 following the signs for Team Valley.
2. Take the first exit for Team Valley which is for Team Valley and Retail World.

From North and South

3. Take the Lady Park exit from the traffic island.
4. After 500 yards turn right, pass over the road hump and through the stone gate posts.
5. Travel a further 100 yards and we are on your left.
