This Harcostar water butt is manufactured in the United Kingdom from recycled materials. It is shaped to stand neatly against a house wall yet has a large 700 litre (150 gallons) capacity. It is supplied complete with a tap and screw-on cap. A connection hole is provided at the back of the butt so that a drainpipe diverter can be fitted if required. The tap, which is included, can be fitted in either of two holes provided giving a choice of a high or low position. The connection holes provided are supplied with watertight plugs fitted, which can be easily removed for use.

XAJE80P Hose Pump

This unique jet pump is self-priming with integrated electronic flow control. Connect it to a hose or tap and it will run when you open the tap and automatically shut off when you close it. It can supply water at a pressure close to that of mains water and is available with a connection kit specifically designed for the Harcoster 700 litre rainwater tank.

Clean water is required for the XAJE80P Hose Pump. It is therefore recomended that rainwater is filtered before it enters the Harcostar tank. A special rain diverter which incorporates a filter is available for this purpose. The special filter / diverter is also available as an option.
