Slate Bridge Facade
Create the effect of a stone bridge in your garden. Something reminiscent of an old arched bridge over a country stream as may be found in unspoiled rural parts of the UK. This feature from Rockways is manufactured from Ultralite.
Ultralite material is strong and weather resistant and is guaranteed for 20 years. Its extremely realistic finish is virtually impossible to distinguish from real slate.
It can be located by the side of a garden pond and soil mounded and landscaped behind it to give the appearance of a real bridge. The slate finish is very realistic and blends beautifully with natural surroundings.
This feature is supplied with a length of flexible hose for connection to a pond pump. A pond pump is available as an option; it is required to power the feature and will normally be submerged in the pond at the base of the feature.
The pump will lift water from the pond to the base of the arch, from where it gently flows outwards.

Pond Liner - Product Code: OPLT225.
Pond liner can also be purchased as an option. It can be laid underneath the bridge and slabs to collect splashing water that escapes from the
pre-formed water courses and return it to the base pond. When using pond liner it is not so important to get the ground levels correct so that the water course
sections fit together to form a watertight course. One 2.5m length should be sufficient for a bridge with one slab. If more slabs are used then two lengths
would be preferable. When using two lengths the top piece can be simply overlapped over the bottom piece.
